The other day as I was rummaging through the channels I came across a documentary on the Chameleon on the national geographic channel. I was mesmerized by this creature and its amazing characteristics to camouflage according to its surroundings. It made me wonder that although this reptile due to its nature has been deemed deceptive but this isn't just a negative quality it's actually a very positive quality. Don't agree? Imagine yourself in a party where you do not find anyone of your interest. You are uncomfortable at the place and make others around you uncomfortable by your alien attitude. Wouldn't it be better that although you don't find anyone of your interest, you adapt, make yourself at home and make everyone around you comfortable and maybe enjoy yourself in the process. Not bad Right!Same can be said about people who suffer from acne. Acne scars are so visible on the face that not only do you loose your confidence you make the others around you uncomfortable and that plays its part in piling up the misery for you. You don't want their sympathy; you want to be treated as a normal human being. So act like it, the following are some of the things that you can do during your treatment. These are not must do rules but if applied they can make the healing process less disturbing.
